About us
We a core power electronics company that is founded and operated by a team of engineers, product builders and marketers with a collective experience of over 350 years in the field that we operate. It is a Gen-Z Electric Propulsion focused COmpany (ZEPCO).
Our goal is to build a world-class electronics product company with global aspirations. We are focusing on building high-power electronic products like AC/DC & DC/DC power supplies, inverters, rectifiers. amplifiers, converters and various subsystems for drones and EV like motors, motor drives, battery systems, BMS, onboard chargers, etc.
We serve the world from our base in Bengaluru, India with a team of 45+ design engineers.

Capacity: Dedicated EMS with full box-build capability (6000 sqft for the box-build area)
Zepco has a motor manufacturing facility for building motors designed to meet international quality standards. Along with that, we also have an EMS facility located at Electronic City for all electronics manufacturing.

Journey so-far:
1st OCTOBER
Journey Begins
Commenced operations in an apartment in RT Nagar with a staff strength of 4 people. Designed the first PMSM motor, identified the current office location in Basavanagudi.
2022
new facility
Growth
Moved to a 5,500 sqft facility and expanded with an augmented motor test facility of 1,200 sqft facility.. Lab, workspace, set. Team expanded to 20+ people within 6 months. First motor & controller and power solutions products defined. Engagements with marquee customers – RCI/DRDO, Schneider, BEL, IIT, Banyan Link, and Volta Energy.

Established full-capability power electronics lab. Bought strategic stake in established EMS company (Micron EMS) with 43,000+ sq ft built facility creating an associate manufacturing company.
