EV Controllers – KSH Series

The KSH series motor controller is designed for BLDC and PMSM motors, offering high energy efficiency, compact design, and rugged reliability—tailored for demanding EV traction applications.

With top-side cooled MOSFETs, it ensures excellent thermal management even in harsh conditions, boosting performance and lifetime.

Max Torque / Amp vector control and efficient Flux Weakening for extended high-speed range
Space Vector PWM with synchronous rectification to minimize conduction losses
Integrated VCU + ECU functionality for seamless control in:
3-wheeler passenger vehicles (L5M)
Cargo 3W/4W (L5N & N1)
Golf carts, e-tractors, and other off-road EVs
Regenerative braking at deceleration and zero throttle
Hill-Hold (10 seconds) and smooth Hill-Assist for gradients
Functional Safety compliant with ARAI AIS-038
Built-in protections: stall, overspeed, over-current, under-voltage
Smart temperature foldback above 85 °C, cut-off at 100 °C
