Zepco Technologies is a core power electronics company that is founded by a team of engineers, product builders, and marketers with a collective experience of 150+ years in the space in which we operate. It is a Gen-Z Electric Propulsion-focused COmpany (ZEPCO).
Our goal is to build a world-class electronics product company based out of Bengaluru, with global aspirations.
We are today focused on building high-power electronic products like inverters, rectifiers, amplifiers, converters, AC/DC & DC/DC power supplies, and various subsystems like drone / EV motors & motor drives, battery systems, BMS & onboard chargers. Zepco Technologies serves the world with its base in Bengaluru, India. It has a team of 32+ design engineers.
We have a manufacturing facility with 4,300 Sq meters or 1 Acre of built EMS floor area having multiple SMT lines with 120+ people in Electronics City which has easy access to roads, and highways through which easy shipments can be made for worldwide customers.

Chairman
A. Gururaj is currently the Managing Director of Optiemus Electronics Ltd. (a JV with Wistron, Taiwan). He serves as the Principal Advisor for ESDM and Defense Electronics for Govt. of India. He is also an advisor to many state governments including Karnataka (as Chairman of the Vision Group of Electronics), Tamil Nadu (Member, Post COVID Economic Planning), Kerala (Member, High-Powered Digital Task Force), Punjab (Advisor, ESDM sector).
He was the Managing Director of Wistron India between 2016-19 where he was instrumental in running an existing factory and a new massive greenfield factory for the manufacturing of iPhones. He has also worked as Senior VP at Reliance Communications, Director & GM at Flextronics Technologies India, TVS Electronics, President at Denso Kirolaskar Ltd, a Toyota group company. Prior to that he was a Product Manager at AMP Inc, California.
He has authored numerous technical papers and conducted courses in fiber-optics, electromagnetic and electronics circuits at various prestigious universities including Stanford, USA.
He graduated in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, and also has a Post Graduate degree from University of Texas.
Founder, Managing Director
Kalpana Chakravarthi comes with over twenty years of hi-tech manufacturing exposure at a senior level. She has over a decade of experience in L&T Mysore in the Telecom and IT Hardware manufacturing domain and was also specially trained by NTTF (A Denmark-India JV) on electronics assembly processes.
She commands solid experience in finance management, operations, people management and training. She is highly experienced in global component sourcing for the EMS industry with special exposure to sourcing for defense and medical domains.

An Electrical & Electronics Engineer with an MBA in Operations Management, Nagaraj Melkote comes with over 30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and global IT consulting across 5 continents. He has a penchant to keep tabs on strategic growth areas of emerging manufacturing technologies in electronics & EV domains.
Chief Executive Officer
Rajendra Manikonda brings over 25 years of in-depth experience in the manufacturing domain in the hi-tech industry, of which over 10 years in Silicon Valley with strong exposure to Telecom and IT H/w manufacturing. Prior to this he was the MD of Xalted Information Systems and KM Asset Management.
He has also served as Director Govt-affairs & Strategy, Andhra Pradesh Advanced Designs & Engineering Park.
He is a graduate in Electronics Engineering.
Founder and CEO
Dr. Ramesh Srinivasan brings more than three decades of experience working with global technology MNCs like Bloom Energy, TDK Lambda (New Jersey), and Kepco (New York). He was a founder member of Bloom Energy Bangalore and served as General Manager of Operations & Product Development. At Bloom, he built the team from scratch for its center of excellence in engineering and delivered grid-tied power products up to 200kW in record time. Ramesh has traveled extensively in Asia, Europe, and Mexico to build strategic business relationships with large corporate houses for critical parts development used within Fuel Cell systems. Dr. Ramesh was the Principal Founder of “enArka” - a company that worked on intelligent and efficient power electronics systems and solutions, which was acquired by Ohmium International, a leader in Hydrogen Electrolyzer design.
Ramesh is also one of the initial founders of Ohmium. Ramesh holds a Ph.D. degree in Power Electronics from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Ramesh has several (25+) International patents and publications to his credit.
Founder and CMO
Harsha brings two decades of product management and marketing experience in Solar and Semiconductors having worked with technology leaders like Cypress Semiconductor and Enphase Energy. He has lived in the USA and Europe for a decade and was instrumental in building marketing and product management teams at Enphase Energy. He was a key member of the management team at Enphase which crafted the turnaround in 2017. He was a founding member of Enphase India and created the business management teams serving as Director of Product Line Management. He owned the flagship IQ product family (Microinverters) and created the 5-year roadmap for the company. He was part of the management team which oversaw the transformation of Enphase from $62M (2017) to $30B+ (2022) organization. He has an MBA from NITIE, Mumbai (IIM, Mumbai) in Finance and Marketing, and holds a B.E. from RVCE, Bangalore in Electronics Engineering. Harsha is also one of the promoters of Power One Microsystems, a 32-year-old Solar/EV product company based out of Bangalore, and Director of Dwaith Advisory Private Limited, a SEBI-registered firm.

Dr. Denis Kouroussis began his entrepreneurial path in 2009 with the founding of his company, Volta Energy. In 2014 he also co-founded Atom Power which built the world’s first UL Listed Solid State Circuit Breaker. Over the last 13 years, Denis has honed his business acumen and methodology toward creating sustainable business models that can scale. Denis’s mantra is “create value for the customer” and “get your hands dirty,” which he does by working on his own cars. Denis holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Zepco has a motor manufacturing facility for building motors designed to meet international quality standards. Along with that, we also have an EMS facility located at Electronic City for all electronics manufacturing.
Micron EMS is an Associate Company of Zepco
It is a 15+ year-old reputed EMS facility with 43,000+ sqft area that is used for full PCB assembly, cable harness & box-build ISO-certified EMS with the following certifications: ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949 2016, EN ISO 13485 2016 & A9100 D. Ongoing effort on OHSAS 18001 & EMS ISO14000
